While the Apple Watch 5 Series is Apple’s latest smartwatch, the Cupertino-based company is still releasing the Series 3 at a cheaper price. The Apple Watch Series 3 comes in two sizes of 38 and 42 mm, which is slightly smaller than the 40 and 44 mm Series 5 models. However, it is slightly thicker and, unlike the newer model, lacks the ability to monitor the ECG.
The Series 3 is not much weaker than the Series 5. It is equipped with heart rate monitoring, GPS and 8 GB of internal storage to store songs and is also water and dust resistant. In addition, it leverages many of the Series 5 software features in the WatchOS 6 operating system.
Pros:
Best compatibility with iOS
High build quality
High-quality display
Soft and smooth UI
Cons:
Lack of sleep tracking
Failure to improve battery life
