Unlike the previous model, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 lacks a mechanical display bezel, and Samsung instead uses a touch bezel. While not as enjoyable as it used to be, it makes interacting with the watch easier than many competitors, and the operating system is well designed to take advantage of this feature.
User interface of the Tizen 4.0 OS has simple design and runs smoothly. Furthermore, there are numerous apps for smart watches, but we still see some popular third-party apps missing. Its advantages include high build quality, water and dust resistance, impact and crash resistance (thanks to the MIL-STD-810G military standard), GPS, talking capability and high-quality and clear display. However, this watch requires multiple Samsung apps on the phone and its interface has some lags.
This smart watch comes in 40 and 44mm sizes, but we recommend buying the 40mm model since it sits well on the wrist.
Pros:
Elegant and high-quality design
Good battery life
Rolling touch bezel
High build quality
High-quality and clear display
Good design of Tizen OS
Cons:
Occasional lags
Need for different Samsung apps on smart phone
Difficulty in using the rolling touch bezel
